有记者提问，当前外国游客来华旅游的意愿增强、数量回升，但外国游客来华旅游在支付方面还存在一些困难。文化和旅游部是否有相应政策举措，来解决文旅场所中的支付不便问题？
文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局副局长石泽毅表示，文化和旅游部高度重视入境旅游工作，为落实国务院办公厅印发的《关于进一步优化支付服务提升支付便利性的意见》，4月3日，文化和旅游部与中国人民银行、国家外汇管理局、国家文物局联合印发了《关于进一步优化重点文旅场所支付服务 提升支付便利性的通知》，要求各地文化和旅游行政部门、文物行政主管部门会同当地中国人民银行加强协调联动，确定重点文旅场所，明确场所内重点商户，制定工作方案，并从持续完善银行卡受理环境和现金使用环境、提升移动支付便利度、加强宣传推广等方面，细化工作措施，做好供需对接和评估督导，共同提升文旅领域支付便利化水平。
《通知》明确，国家5A级和4A级旅游景区、国家和省级旅游度假区、国家级旅游休闲街区以及三星级、四星级、五星级旅游饭店要实现境内外银行卡受理全覆盖。重点文旅场所相关经营主体应保留人工售票窗口，支持现金支付，保障消费者支付选择权。积极推进在外籍来华人员较多的文旅场所布设外币兑换业务网点，提升外币兑换服务水平。持续完善移动支付服务，优化业务流程，丰富产品功能，提升文旅场所线上、线下场景移动支付便利化。
石泽毅表示，下一步，文化和旅游部将与中国人民银行、国家外汇管理局、国家文物局等相关部门，以及地方政府密切协作，与金融行业及文旅行业各方共同发力，推动《通知》各项要求落到实处，进一步推进优化入境支付环境工作。随着一系列支付便利化政策的实施，入境游客到国内旅游的支付方式将更加多元、更加便利。
